YTCA ROVING SPECIALTY AND MEMPHIS TOY DOG CLUB SHOW 

Oct 31st  and Nov 1st, 2009

Olive Branch, MS (near Memphis, TN) 

  Sat. 10/31 Dr. Nick Valenti will be offering the OFA Patella Examination and Micro chipping. 

  Both are needed for a CHIC Number.

   Sun. 11/1  Dr. William Miller will conduct CERF eye exams. 

 Dogs that complete both exams and have permanent identification (micro chip) will be 
eligible for their CHIC Numbers.  OFA Patella forms may be downloaded at  http://www.offa.org/plappbw.pdf 

  The form will also be available at the show. 
The CERF form will be provided.
